At galaxglory, we are committed to providing authentic Daoist metaphysical services and consecrated objects. Due to the nature of our offerings — which include personalized consultations, ritual services, and energetically consecrated physical products — our refund policy is structured as follows.

1. Consultation & Reading Services

1.1 Initial Consultation (First Reading) — Free of Charge

Your first consultation, destiny reading (BaZi), or feng shui assessment with our master is provided free of charge. This initial session is an opportunity for you to experience our lineage's guidance without financial commitment.

• No payment is required for the first consultation.
• The initial consultation covers one (1) primary question or area of focus.
• No refund applies to the initial consultation as no charge is made.

1.2 Follow-up Consultation (Second Reading) — Paid Service

A follow-up or second consultation is a paid service. Once you book and pay for a follow-up consultation:

• Cancellation before the session: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: A 50% refund is available, as the master has reserved this time slot for you.
• No-show or cancellation after the session begins: No refund is provided.
• After the consultation is completed: No refund is provided. The personalized guidance has been delivered and cannot be returned.

2. Ritual & Ceremony Services (法事)

Ritual services — including blessing ceremonies, house clearing, prosperity rituals, and ancestral offerings — are personalized energetic services performed by our ordained master.

• Cancellation before the ritual is performed: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled ritual date.
• Cancellation within 72 hours: A 50% refund is available, as preparatory work and material consecration have already begun.
• Once the ritual has been performed: No refund is available under any circumstances. The energetic work has been completed and cannot be reversed or returned.
• You will receive photographic confirmation of your ritual upon completion. Once confirmation is sent and acknowledged, the service is considered final.

3. Physical Products (实物交付)

3.1 Consecrated & Ritual Objects

Products that have been personally consecrated, blessed, or activated by our master (including but not limited to feng shui cures, consecrated gourds, wealth bowls, pagodas, talismans, and ritual implements) are considered custom energetic products.

• Before consecration: If you cancel your order before the consecration ritual is performed, a full refund is available.
• After consecration but before shipping: A 50% refund is available, as the energetic work has been completed.
• After shipping: Once the product has been shipped, no refund is available. Consecrated objects carry personalized energetic properties and cannot be restocked or resold.
• Upon delivery and confirmation: Once you have received and confirmed the product, no return or refund is available.

3.2 Non-Consecrated (Standard) Products

Standard, non-consecrated merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• The item is in its original, unused condition.
• The original packaging is intact.
• You contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

4. Digital Products & Online Courses

• Video courses and digital downloads are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.
• If a course is technically inaccessible due to an error on our part, we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

5. In-Person Events & Retreats (线下课)

• Before check-in / attendance: A full refund is available at any time before you check in or attend the event. Simply contact us to cancel and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• After check-in / attendance: Once you have checked in or attended the event (in whole or in part), no refund is available under any circumstances.
• Event credits may be transferred to another person before check-in, subject to our approval.
• If galaxglory cancels or reschedules an event, a full refund will be provided.

• The request falls outside the conditions stated above.
• There is evidence of misuse, fraud, or abuse of our services.
• The product or service has been fully delivered and confirmed by the customer.
